2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 5.2oz. can corn, drained
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. melted butter
325 hot grease
Fry 3 min.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl. Sift dry ingredients together. Add wet to the dry and gently bring together. Do not over mix. Fry in peanut oil.

On rare occasion, I would include these sweets for breakfast, served with maple syrup or thinned honey with cinnamon. Can be made small or large depending on the occasion. Good as an appetizer as well.
