2 # bag frozen broccoli florets partially thawed
Put in colander and rinse with hot water. Drain well.
1 lg. onion chopped fine.
1 1/2 c. HELLMANS mayonnaise
3 eggs slightly beaten.
1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c grated sharp cheese

Directions:

Combine in large bowl. Transfer to greased baking dish. Top with 1/2 stick melted butter combined with 1 1/2 c stuffing mix for topping. Add more cheese in topping if desired

This was requested from our house for most tureen dinners. Itís name to fame in our family came the day I fell down the back stairs and badly sprained my ankle while carrying this hot dish. The casserole survived the fall and was shared as always at the church dinner at Living Word Fellowship. I have lived with a large lump on my ankle ever since.
