7 eggs, boiled (See note)

Salt. pepper to taste
1/3 c. HELLMAN”S mayo
1 tsp. dry mustard

Optional: 2 tbsp. sweet relish squeezed to drain

Cut boiled eggs in half. Mash egg yolks until smooth. Add rest of ingredients. Mix until smooth again.

Note: To make hard boiled eggs, put eggs in cold water. Over med. Heat bring to full boil, cover, remove from heat and let sit 15 - 20 min.

No outing went without these. Use as many eggs as will feed the crowd.
