3 # apples mixed varieties
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c .flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
Pinch salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
Oatmeal to make slightly crumbly topping

Peel, core, slice thin, 3 lb apples, Place in 13x9 pan. Mix together the rest of your ingredients to make a crumbly topping 9similar do biscuits before the adding of liquid)

One of Clay’s favorites. I never seems to get it right. I add too much oatmeal etc. in apples making them too thick. Maybe one of these days I will learn how to do it right.. In the meantime, Tessa is on Crisp duty.
