1 POUND (500G) FARFALLE(BOW TIE) PASTA
1 CUP(250G) FROZEN PEAS
1 CUP(250G) PESTO SAUCE
1 RED & YELLOW PEPPER-RAW,ROASTED
OR DICED
1/2 CUP FRESHLY GRATED PARMESAN
5 GREEN ONIONS, THINLY SLICED
SALT & PEPPER

SERVES 8
PESTO SAUCE ( IF YOU DONíT WISH TO USE READY MADE)

2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
2 CUPS FRESH BASIL
1/2 CUP FRESH ITALIAN PARSLEY
1 TSP SALT
1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL
CAN BE FROZEN UNTIL NEEDED

COOK PASTA IN LARGE POT OF BOILING SALTED WATER FOR ABOUT 12 MINUTES .OR UNTIL TENDER . ADD PEAS 1 MINUTE BEFORE DRAINING PASTA. DRAIN
TOSS PASTA WITH REST OF INGREDIENTS
SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
