1 6oz pkg Lemon Jello
2 cups hot water
16 oz (2 cups) chilled 7-Up
1 (1lb) can of crushed pineapple drained. Reserve the juice
2 Large bananas, sliced
2 cups small marshmallows
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water & chill until thickened, but not set. Combine with 7 up, marshmallows, drained pineapple and bananas. Pour into a 9 x 13 dish & chill until firm. Spread with topping & sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Topping:
In a small sauce pan, blend together 1/2 cups reserved pineapple juice, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp corn starch & 1 egg. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring. Chill. Gold in 1 cup heavy cream whipped or use small container of cool whip.
