1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg, separated
1/2 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients together. Add egg yolk, milk and butter and beat thoroughly. Beat egg white until stiff. Fold into batter.

Place about 1/2 c. batter on waffle iron (or amount that is right for your waffle iron). Grill until done.
