1 pkg Regular Flavor Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
1 cup Chopped onion
1/3 jar Banana peppers (in relish isle) chopped
2 oz Chopped chili peppers,
16 oz Cream cheese (softened)
1 cup Tomatoes (chopped and seeded)
or
1 cup Mild or medium tomato salsa
cup Sweet Red Peppers (finely chopped)

Crackers Whichever kind you like (Ritz, Butter, Fancy)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and onion over medium-high heat until meat is thoroughly cooked and no longer pink. (By using Jimmy Dean, no need to drain).

Stir in banana peppers and chilies and cook 1 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium.

Stir in cream cheese and chopped tomatoes.

Cook uncovered until heated through, about 5 minutes.

Fold in red pepper, add cilantro and green onions if desired.

Serve warm with chips or crackers. Garnish with addition chopped tomatoes and green onion if desired. Makes about 5 cups.
