8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 325
Whip together cream cheese and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time
Add vanilla.
Put 5 tbsp. into each muffin cup
Bake 30 minutes (will be puffed and firm)
Remove from oven; cool slightly until well forms on top.
Mix sour cream with 1 tsp sugar.
Put one teaspoon of mixture into each well and bake in oven for 5 min.
Remove and cool -- top each with a spoonful of jam.
