3 Hot Italian sausages
olive Oil
1 onion
1 can of diced tomatoes or 8 to 10 fresh Roma tomatoes diced
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 tbsp dried or 1/4 cup of fresh basil
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage into small pieces, Dice onions. Preheat frying pan, add olive oil and Italian Sausage. Cook until no longer pink. Add in onions and garlic and cook until tender. Add tomatoes, basil and salt. Cook for 10 minutes. Toss into cooked 375 gram package of pasta.
