1 medium orange, unpeeled, seeded and quartered
2 cups fresh cranberries
2/3 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2-3 finely chopped and seeded fresh jalapeņos
1/2 green pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Process the orange in a food processor. Add cranberries. Process until chopped fairly well and remove from processor. Add sugar, salt and remaining ingredients. Stir well. Chill at least 2 hours.
