1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup oil, reserved from frying chicken
2 1/2 cups milk
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Use pan you fried chicken in. Add flour to oil and begin heating the pan over medium heat, stirring constantly to dissolve the flour into the oil. The mixture will be a milkshake consistency and not cooked to brown. Stir for about 2 minutes until the flour is well-incorporated. Add the milk slowly, stirring constantly until gravy reaches the desired consistency. Additional milk may be added to thin gravy. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Season to taste.
