1 cup grits, cooked very dry
1/4 cup milk
1 roll garlic cheese, cubed
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup butter
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients making sure cheese melts. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes.

Pat Terry, who's husband was Financial VP at OBU, brought this dish to Wednesday night pot luck dinner at University Baptist Church every week. Everyone wanted Pat's Grits. Lovely lady and great grits.
