1 (9 inch) pie shell
2 fresh tomatoes, sliced
3/4 bunch green onions, chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh basil
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pie shell for 10 minutes at 350. Line bottom of pie shell with tomatoes. Add green onions, basil and salt and pepper to taste. Mix mayonnaise with cheese. Spread over pie, sealing to edges. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
