3 cups heavy cream
10 oz. white chocolate, chopped
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
8 egg yolks
1 loaf French bread, torn into pieces
2 Tbsp. chocolate shavings for garnish
White Chocolate Sauce:
8 oz white chocolate
1/3 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275. Heat cream but do not boil. Remove from heat. Add white chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. In a double boiler, beat the milks, sugar, eggs and egg yolks together and heat until warm Blend the egg mixture with cream and chocolate mixture. Place torn bread pieces in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour half of chocolate mixture over bread. Let sit for 30 minutes, then pour rest over brad. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 25 minutes.
White Chocolate Sauce:
In double boiler melt white chocolate and whipping cream. Serve over pudding.
