1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
6 eggs
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup melted butter
6 cups fresh corn or 2 bags frozen sweet corn

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs till fluffy; add whipping cream and butter.
Add dry ingredients; blend well. Add corn. Bake in greased 9x13-inch pan at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes.

For Southwest Corn Pudding: Stir in 1 (4.5-oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained and 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin.
