2 sticks butter 3 1/2 cup sugar 6 Tbsp. cocoa 1 1/2 cup milk 3/4 cup hot water 1 1/2 cup self-rising flour
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt 2 sticks butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa and 3/4 cup milk. Pour over butter. Combine 1 cup sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa. Sprinkle over flour mixture. Combine 3/4 cup hot water and 3/4 cup milk. Pour over sugar mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
