1 1/2 c. water
1 c. rice
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil, add rice, butter and salt. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand 10 minutes. Uncover and fluff with fork.
