Pizza Cookie Crust:

1 c. margarine
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
Cream Cheese:

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. lemon yogurt
8 oz cool whip
2/3 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients for pizza cookie crust, and press onto cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting:
Mix together cream cheese, yogurt, cool whip, and sugar. Spread on top of cooled crust. Top with assorted fruit: mandarin oranges, grapes, kiwi, strawberries, bananas, raspberries, cherries, pineapple, etc.)
