Blueberry Muffins Recipe

2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. blueberries

Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in separate bowl all other ingredients except blueberries. Pour over dry mix and stir just till moist. Fold in blueberries. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven; brush with melted butter; sprinkle with sugar.

If using canned or frozen blueberries, rinse and pat dry before adding.
