6 skinned chicken breasts
4 T melted butter or margarine
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
1 - 4oz can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 c commercial sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken in butter; arrange chicken in lightly greased 13x9x2 inch pan; set aside. Saute onion, celery,and green pepper in pan drippings until tender. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Combine vegetables, mushrooms, sour cream,salt, and pepper, Spoon mixture over chicken. Cover and bake 350 for 45 to 55 minutes or until chicken test done.
