1 box French vanilla instant pudding
1 box vanilla (plain) pudding
6 cups of skim milk
1 cup of lowfat sour cream
1- 12 oz. low fat Cool Whip
l large can crushed pineapple slightly drained ( in its own juice) save juice
2 bananas sliced and soaked in pineapple juice
box of low fat vanilla wafers
1/2 cup of roasted pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix puddings and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes. Gently fold in sour cream. Place wafers in dish, add bananas, then 1/2 of the pudding. Repeat layering using pineapple instead of bananas. Add Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle nuts on top of Cool Whip and chill.
