1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick margarine (melted)

Blend together with mixer or fork. Press in 9 x 13 pan using spoon. Spray pan with Bakers Joy to keep from sticking.

8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 c. sweet potato (cooked)
1 stick margarine (melted)
1 box powder sugar

Pour filling over crust and bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes. I used a big can of sweet potatoes. Can use a spice cake mix and add carrots and nuts.
