5 roma tomatoes, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Allow to sit for at least 20 minutes. Serve with Triscuit crackers. Makes 2 cups.
