2 peaches
2 T Ascorbic acid
1 c sugar
3 T cornstarch
1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Soak peaches in 2 T ascorbic acid in 1/4 c water to prevent discoloration.
Fill crust (unbaked, I think--Editor) with peeled peaches. Cover with cooked mixture. Top with whipped cream.
