1/3 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. chicken broth
2/3 c. milk
2 c. chicken, cooked & cubed
1 can corn
1 can potatoes, cut in fourths
1 bag frozen vegetables, thawed

Melt butter in a medium saucepan and add Bisquick, onion, and pepper. Heat till bubble then add broth and milk. Heat and boil 1 minute. Add vegetables and chicken. Spread the chicken/vegetable mixture in 9X13 casserole dish. Put patties of bisquick topping on top and cook at 425 for 20-25 minutes.

Bisquick Topping
1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. Hot Water
1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened

Mix everything together then form into patties and put on top of chicken vegetable mixture.
