1 medium head of cabbage (Shred fine)
1 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar or more to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
2 medium green peppers (finely diced)
1 medium red pepper (finely diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar, water, sugar and salt. Add to shredded cabbage and peppers. Mix thoroughly and let stand overnight.
