1 32 oz. package frozen southern style hash browns
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
2 c. cubed fully cooked ham
12 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, prepare hash browns according to package directions. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Top with soup. Place 1 cup of ham over soup. In a bowl, whisk the eggs. In another large skillet, heat butter until hot. Add eggs; cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are nearly set. Spoon over ham. Sprinkle with cheese and the other cup of ham. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
