2 large onions 2 cucumbers 1/2 c. sour cream or canned milk 1 T. vinegar 1 T. sugar salt and pepper
Cut cucumbers very thin. Place in bowl and add 1 tsp. of salt and place in refrigerator. After several hours, rinse with cold water and squeeze out the salt. Make the dressing by combining the cream, sugar and vinegar. Pour over cucumbers.
