1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Hershey cocoa
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
FROSTING:

2 T. flour
2 T. cornstarch
1c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. CRISCO
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add cocoa and egg. Sift together dry ingredients. Add alternately with creamed mixture dry ingredients and milk. Mix in vanilla.Drop by tsp. on
UNGREASED cookie sheet. Bake @350 for 10-15 min. When cool - frost.
Frosting:
Combine flour, cornstarch and milk in saucepan. Cook till thick-remove from heat. Cool.
In mixing bowl cream sugar, margarine, crisco and vanilla. Add to above mixture and beat well until thick and creamy. Spread generously between 2 cookies.
