2 eggs
1-1/2 C sugar
1 C oleo
2-3/4 C flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

SUGAR & CINNAMON MIXTURE:
1/2 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, oleo and eggs. Add four, cream of tartar, soda and salt to mixture; mix well. Form into small walnut-sized balls; roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes. Makes about 5 doz.
