1 e-lb chicken
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 t curry powder
2 cans tomato sauce
1 t salt
1 c mushrooms
1 green pepper
1 T chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into pieces. Add all ingredients except salt and mushrooms. Add water to cover and cook until chicken is tender. Remove meat from bones, add mushrooms & cook 10 mins. Thicken gravy, and served over steamed rice.
