1 c white Karo
1 sq butter
1 lb. brown sugar
1 can Borden's condensed milk
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and bring to boil over medium heat. Remove pan from burner and slowly stir in milk. Cook on low heat until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue to boil on low heat until soft ball stage (about 1 hr.)
Remove from heat, add vanilla and pour over 3 gallons of popcorn. Can add peanuts.
