4 cups strong coffee
4 cups whole milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
4 oz. brandy
4 oz. creme de cocoa
3 tsp. instant coffee
Cinnamon sticks (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and heat to desired serving temperature. Do not boil. Serve with a cinnamon stick if you wish and a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top.
