1 head cauliflower, broke into bite-sized pieces
2 carrots sliced very thin
2 cups frozen peas, defrosted
1 small red onion diced
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dill weed
1 lb. bacon, diced, fried and crumbled, optional
shredded cheddar cheese, optional

Stir together dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for several hours. If you choose to add the bacon stir it in right before serving so that it stays crisp.
