1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1 med. red onion chopped
1 lb. bacon, diced, fried crisp and crumbled
2 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Tear up the lettuce and place in a large serving bowl. Break up cauliflower into bite size pieces and layer over the lettuce. Sprinkle on the onion next, followed by the bacon. Mix together mayonnaise, sugar and cheese and spread over the top. Refrigerate over night or for several hours. Just before serving toss well.
