6-8 medium red potatoes
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. of garlic
1/2 tsp of thyme
1/2 tsp of rosemary
1/2 tsp of marjoram
ziploc bag

Directions:
Directions:
Dice potatoes, but do not peel. Pour olive oil and seasonings into ziploc bag. Drop a handful of potatoes at a time into the bag, close and shake. Then place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 approx. 30 minutes, until soft.
