6-8 medium red potatoes 3 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. of garlic 1/2 tsp of thyme 1/2 tsp of rosemary 1/2 tsp of marjoram ziploc bag
Dice potatoes, but do not peel. Pour olive oil and seasonings into ziploc bag. Drop a handful of potatoes at a time into the bag, close and shake. Then place on baking sheet. Bake at 375º approx. 30 minutes, until soft.
Play around with your herbs and see what combinations you like best.
