2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 med. onions diced
1 jar spaghetti sauce
16 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 can mushrooms
8 oz. pkg. shell macaroni
8 oz. shredded cheddar
8 oz. shredded mozzarella
16 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Add onions, garlic powder, spaghetti sauce and mushrooms. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cook pasta shells until tender, drain and rinse. In greased casserole dish, place 1/2 the pasta and cover with 1/2 of the meat mixture. Spread 1/2 of the sour cream on top of the meat mixture and sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat these layers. Bake covered at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Uncover and bake until the top layer of cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
