3-4 Chicken Breast 1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes and peppers 1 cup of shredded cheese
Place chicken breast in baking dish. Top with can of diced tomatoes and peppers. Bake 35-40 minutes at 375º. Add cheese near the end of baking, to melt but not overcook. Serve with rice and vegetables.
You could chop your own tomatoes and peppers and add other vegetables like bell pepper and onions.
