1 cup sliced ripe banana 1 cup 1% chocolate lowfat milk 1/2 cup vanilla lowfat frozen yogurt 2 Tbsp. natural style peanut butter 1 (8 oz) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
1. Place banana in freezer and freeze until firm (about an hour). 2. Remove from freezer and let stand five minutes. 3. Combine banana and remaining ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately!
