6 c. fat free, reduced sodium, chicken stock
1 rind from Parmesan (optional)
olive oil spray
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 medium carrot (sliced)
8 oz. string beans
8 oz. zucchini
15 oz can small white beans
15 oz can diced tomatoes
2 oz angel hair pasta (broke into pieces)
10 oz. bag washed, fresh spinach
12 large basil leaves
salt to taste
pepper to taste
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pour all but 1 c. of chicken stock into large saucepan over high heat. Add rind if desired. Cover & boil. Add cut zucchini, half the string beans.
Spray 12" nonstick saute pan with olive oil, over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, & carrot. Add half the string beans & 1 c. of the broth to saute pan.
Add sautéed ingredients to large saucepan. Chop spinach & add to large saucepan. Roll basil leaves in cigar fashion & cut into ribbons. Add to saucepan
