9 medium potatoes
6 slices bacon
3/4 c. onion (chopped)
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
dash pepper
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sliced potatoes 30 -35 minutes in salted water. Drain & set aside. Fry bacon until crisp. Cook onion in bacon drippings. Add flour, sugar, salt, celery seed & pepper. Cook over low heat stirring until bubbly. Take off heat and add water, vinegar. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Let boil & stir 1 minute. Crumble bacon into potatoes, stir in mixture & heat thoroughly.
