Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tbsp. canola oil
2 small cans tomato sauce
2 small cans water
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
pepper ( to taste)
10 oz. cheddar cheese
1 can black olives (chopped)
1 pkg tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef & drain. Mix tomato sauce, water, lemon juice, vinegar, butter, chili powder, salt, & pepper in a small sauce pan. Chop olives set aside. Chop onion & set aside.
In large rectangle baking dish, layer:
Tortillas, beef, onions, olives, cheese, sauce & repeat. Sprinkle top with cheese & bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered.
