Ingredients:  
1 medium onion
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
6 skinned & boned chicken breasts, cut in bite size pieces
2 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. pepper
4 cans cannelloni/great northern beans, rinsed & drained
1 can chicken broth
2 cans chopped green chili's
1/4 c. lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken piece's in olive oil. Add onion & garlic cloves. Add water, spices, beans, & broth. Bring to simmer & cook on low 30 minutes. Add green chili's & lime juice, simmer 10 more minutes. Keep warm & serve.
