1 lb. mushrooms
1 lb. sausage
8 oz. softened cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms. Twist stems from each cap. Fry sausage & drain fat well. Combine sausage with cream cheese. Fill each mushroom cap with mixture. Arrange on platter. Microwave 5-6 minutes, until hot.
