1/4 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 head of cabbage, coarsely sliced
1 carrot, cut in thin slices
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 can of beef broth
14 1/2 oz. + 1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown ground beef and rice. Put rice in pan (do not cook). Mix cabbage, carrots, beef and onions, salt, and pepper together and put on rice. Pour broth and water over this and bake 1 hour at 350. After this is done stir well, and serve.
