1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet cook onion in melted butter Let onions cook slowly until clear then add beef and let cook until all the red is done, about 15 minutes. Add other ingredients, stir, and simmer about 1 hour.

Personal Notes:
The recipe calls to simmer for 1 hour but I think it is too dry, so I just simmer about 30 minutes.
