4 medium thick pork chops
6 T. rice
1 can beef broth
1 tiny pinch marjoram
1 tiny pinch thyme
1 large onion
2 ripe tomatoes
1/2 c. green pepper cut into rings
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in 2T. oil. Put uncooked rice in bottom of greased casserole. Lay the chops on the rice and top each chop with a slice of tomato, onion and green pepper ring. Salt and pepper as you wish add marjoram, thyme and pour broth over all. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hr or 1 1/2 hrs.
