1 small head cabbage, shredded (about 1 lb.)
1 medium carrot, grated
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seeds
1/2 tsp. horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage and carrot in a large bowl. Mix sugar, mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, celery seeds, and horseradish in a small bowl, whisk to blend. Toss mayonnaise mixture with cabbage mixture.
