Chuck roast
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3 cans mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Partially cook roast for about an hour. Drain liquid. Mix mushroom and onion soups together with water. Pour over roast, cover and cook until tender. If desired, remove foil and let sauce brown for the last 10 minutes.
